River City Wrestling Easter Brawl Results

Today River City Wrestling presented Easter Brawl at the Sally Ann Centre Weetamah Gym. Now today was their last show there because as of next month they will be moving back to Community Centers. Also today was the ongoing feud between yours truly and Laurence Fozzworth III - Manager of Champions.

Opening Contest - Buddy Wiser w/Vinnie Valiant vs. Zamil w/Samuel - A collar elbow tie up as Zamil backs Wiser to the buckle and chokes him followed by repeated rights and a hard irishwhip to the buckle. This is followed by an elbow to the breadbasket. Buddy fights back with a clothesline and rights til Zamil stops him with a kick and a legdrop. As the referee is distracted, Zamil pulls out a cheese grater til Wiser blocks it but then again Zamil chokes him. On the outside, Vinnie bashes Samuel prompting Wiser to make a comeback but missed the legdrop. However, he still managed to get the win with a cradle.

Match #2 - El Dorado vs. Vinnie Valiant w/Buddy Wiser - The match begins with a popularity contest involving the referee. (boorrriiinnngggg!!!) Dorado attacks Valiant and nails him with 2 elbows. Vinnie comes back with a suplex and a dropkick sending Dorado to the outside followed by a clothesline and a second dropkick, a backkick a Michinoku Driver and finally his 450 splash finisher for the win.

Match #3 - ''The Rebel'' Bobby Collins w/Caveman Broda vs. Samuel w/Zamil - Collins begins with an armdrag followed by a dropkick til Samuel attacks from behind and goes to work on the leg. Zamil attacks the injured leg from the outside. Back inside, Samuel continues to work the leg with a grapevine or headscissors but Bobby kicks out at 2. Collins gets a near fall with a sunset flip. Samuel goes to whack the Rebel with a trash can lid til Collins nailed him with a superkick for a 2. Samuel nails Collins with a hard right and went back to the leg. Outside, Samuel went into the crowd but was stopped by Broda. As Zamil set up the Rebel to be hit by the trash can lid, he accidentally whacked Samuel allowing the Rebel to get the win.

F.N.O. Promo - Vinnie brings Adam Tom into the ring and says there was something you should've done a week ago and it's ticked me off. He hands Adam an FNO T-shirt with his name on it and sings Happy Birthday to him being that it was Adam's birthday.

Intermission - several wrestlers came out to sign autographs

Match #4 - Bugsy Slugg w/Laurence Fozzworth III vs. James Beaver - This was Bugsy Slugg's first match back in RCW. Before the match, Fozzworth continued to pick on the Blogger. Well, Fozzworth has pushed my buttons far enough. A collar elbow as Beaver backs Slugg to the buckle followed by a poke to the eye and a shove to the mat. As Fozzworth distracts Beaver, Bugsy jumps Beaver with a kick to the gutt and repeated punches to the side of the head but Beaver kicks out. Beaver gets the fans behind him but Bugsy drops the knee and clotheslines him for good measure. Beaver comes back on Bugsy with an elbow for a 2. In the end after a low blow, and a rollup, Bugsy gets the win but Beaver got some redemption nailing both Fozzworth and Slugg with a double noggin knocker much to my happiness. After the match Beaver said, next show I've got a buddy of mine and he and I are going to take on you Weasel and you Bugsy Slugg. Who could he be talking about?

Main Event - Dirty Dick Walker & Damon Marx w/Laurence Fozzworth III vs. Sons Of Anarchy - Before the match, Billy Blaze said he had a tag team partner and he brought out none other than his SOA partner Big Cliff Corleone. Billy backs Damon to the buckle and continues with a chop and a kick to the gutt followed by an armbar and a tag to Big Cliff. Cliff continues to work on the arm and tags Blaze again who delivers repeated shoulders but misses in the corner and Marx tags Dirty Dick in who goes on the shoulder and arm. In comes Marx as Walker delivers repeated headbutts to the injured shoulder followed by a single arm DDT and in comes Damon while Walker adds pressure to the arm using the ringpost followed by a thunderous double clothesline. This prompted Billy to tag Corleone who delivers repeated shoulders and a jumping kick from Billy. In the end, SOA get the win much to my delight.

Extra Notes: The Weasel has pushed my buttons far enough to the point where I have had enough of this bullying. Well, I have someone who believes in me and I will be bringing this individual in to take care of the Weasel and his family.
